Terms of sale
1. Purpose
These General Terms and Conditions of Sale govern sales concluded on the Confort Enceinte website, an online store operated by Temeo Company, and define the rights and obligations of the parties in connection with the distance sale of the products offered.
Any order placed on the website implies unconditional acceptance of these General Terms and Conditions of Sale.
2. Products
The essential characteristics of the products are presented on the website as accurately as possible.
Photographs, illustrations and visuals are provided for information only and have no contractual value. Slight differences in presentation, color or finish may exist depending on production batches or screen display settings.
Temeo Company cannot be held liable for such differences where they do not affect the essential characteristics of the product.
3. Prices
Prices are shown in euros (€), including all taxes.
Delivery charges are specified before the order is confirmed.
Temeo Company reserves the right to change its prices at any time. However, products are invoiced at the price in force when the order is confirmed.
4. Orders
Any order constitutes acceptance of these General Terms and Conditions of Sale.
After the order is confirmed, the customer receives a confirmation email summarizing the products ordered.
Temeo Company reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order in the event of:
- payment failure or refusal;
- clearly incorrect information;
- a prior dispute with the customer;
- suspected fraud or misuse of the website.
5. Payment
Payment is due immediately when the order is placed.
Accepted payment methods include:
- Bank card (Visa, Mastercard, American Express)
- Apple Pay
- Shop Pay
- Stripe
- PayPal
All transactions are secured by certified payment service providers.
At no time does Temeo Company have access to the customer’s banking information.
6. Delivery
Products are delivered to the countries available at checkout.
Delivery times vary depending on the type of products, the destination country and the selected carrier.
Estimated delivery times are set out in our Shipping Policy.
These delivery times are provided for information only and may exceptionally be extended due to circumstances beyond our control, including high activity, logistical constraints, weather conditions or industrial action.
In accordance with Article L216-1 of the French Consumer Code, the order will be delivered no later than 30 days after confirmation, unless otherwise agreed with the customer.
In the event of a delay, Temeo Company will make every effort to inform the customer and find a solution as quickly as possible.
7. Right of withdrawal
In accordance with the French Consumer Code, the customer has 14 days from receipt of their order to exercise their right of withdrawal without having to justify their decision.
Returned products must be complete, unused and sent back in their original packaging, together with any accessories.
Return shipping costs are borne by the customer, unless otherwise provided by law.

8. Returns and refunds
After receipt and inspection of the returned product or products, Temeo Company will issue the refund within a maximum of 14 days, in accordance with applicable regulations.
The refund will be made using the same payment method as the one used for the order, unless the customer expressly agrees otherwise.
9. Legal guarantees and liability
Products sold benefit from the legal guarantees provided by the French Consumer Code and Civil Code, including:
- the legal guarantee of conformity under Articles L217-3 et seq. of the French Consumer Code;
- the guarantee against hidden defects under Articles 1641 et seq. of the French Civil Code.
The liability of Temeo Company cannot be incurred for damage resulting from:
- use of the product that does not comply with its intended purpose;
- failure to follow the instructions for use or care;
- improper handling by the customer.
10. Intellectual property
All content available on the Confort Enceinte website, including texts, photographs, illustrations, logos, graphics, videos and visual elements, is protected by intellectual property law.
Any reproduction, representation, distribution or exploitation, in whole or in part, without prior written authorization is prohibited.
11. Personal data
The information collected is necessary to process orders and manage the commercial relationship.
Personal data is processed in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).
The customer has the right to access, correct, erase and object to the processing of their data, as well as the right to restrict such processing.

12. Applicable law and dispute resolution
These General Terms and Conditions of Sale are governed by French law.
In the event of a difficulty, the customer is invited to contact Temeo Company first in order to seek an amicable solution.
In accordance with Articles L611-1 et seq. of the French Consumer Code, consumer customers may also use a consumer mediator free of charge after first attempting to resolve the dispute amicably.
Failing an amicable agreement, the French courts will have jurisdiction, subject to applicable mandatory legal provisions.
