Why use a pillow during pregnancy?

As the belly grows, some positions can become less comfortable. A pregnancy pillow helps support different areas of the body depending on how it's positioned: belly, legs, back, or pelvis. Large U-shaped or G-shaped models offer enveloping support and eliminate the need for multiple small pillows around you.

It can be used during rest, reading, or relaxation to more easily adapt one's position to the changing silhouette. The choice depends notably on the size of the pillow, its firmness level, its filling, and the space available in the bed.

How to use a nursing pillow?

After birth, a nursing pillow can help position the baby at a more comfortable height during breastfeeding or bottle-feeding. Placed around the waist or under the arms, it offers additional support and allows the parent to adopt a more stable position.
